Frequently asked questions
How many alerts will I get?
One a day at most, between 7 am and 10 pm, and often fewer (a second one only for one of your dream destinations or an exceptional fare), and only from your city: we only announce prices well below their usual level and checked within the last six hours. Some days nothing passes this filter, and you get nothing.
What happens after the seven-day trial?
Nothing is charged and you have nothing to do: you move to the Discovery plan, two alerts a week. To keep getting every alert, you can take Premium from any of our alerts.
Will the price still be there when I click?
Often, not always. Each alert shows the day and time the price was checked. An airfare can move from one hour to the next, up or down: that is why we send nothing older than six hours, and nothing at night.
Do I book with you?
No. We send the route, the dates and a search link. You book directly with the airline or agency of your choice, at the price it shows.
Where do these prices come from?
From air travel data providers, compared with the last three months of history on each route. Everything is explained on the Transparency page.
What if I find nothing I like?
You unsubscribe in one click from any alert. A Premium subscription is cancelled online at any time from the “Manage my subscription” link: access continues until the end of the period already paid, then stops without renewal.
Is my data sold?
Never. We ask for your email and your departure city, nothing else, and we share them with no one. See our Privacy policy.
