We do not ask for your name, your postal address or your date of birth for the trial and the Discovery plan. Your bank details never pass through our servers: they are processed directly by the payment provider.
Double opt-in
After you sign up, a confirmation email is sent to you. Until you have clicked the link it contains, no alert is sent to you and your address is not considered subscribed.
Processors
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting of the website and of the subscriber database, on a server located in Nuremberg.
- Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) — domain name and the contact@tarmako.com mailbox, from which the confirmation emails and the alerts are sent. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
- Brevo (France) — sending provider we use when the number of alerts exceeds what our mailbox can send. It then receives your email address and the content of the messages intended for you.
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland) — payment of the Premium subscription. Stripe receives your email address and processes your bank details itself: they never pass through our servers and we have no access to them.
- Travelpayouts — provider of the price data. No personal data of subscribers is passed on to it.
Trackers and audience measurement
This website sets no cookies and loads no measurement or advertising script.
Alerts sent from our mailbox contain no tracking image: we do not know whether you open them. Their links to flights and places to stay go through tarmako.com, which counts the number of clicks per alert, without linking it to your email address or your IP address, then sends you on to the partner. When an alert is routed through Brevo, however, it includes an open and click measurement specific to that provider; you can object to it at any time by writing to us, or by unsubscribing in one click.
Booking links lead to our partner's website with our affiliate identifier: it is the partner, not us, that then records your visit according to its own policy.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@tarmako.com: we reply within one month. Every email contains an unsubscribe link that works in a single click, without justification.
